Artist and Label Agree What of the Following Options Will Be Pursued:1. In-studio recording and producing*
2. Mastering of original tracks to CD format and quality*
3. Publishing of all songs, copyrighted to the artist/writer*
4. All aspects of CD design**, production**, and duplication**
5. CD distribution online, both digitally and in hard-copy format*
6. Promotion through print, press, internet, and live performances***
7. Live performance bookings**** as determined by label, to promote the Artist(s) and/or CD****
8. Design and maintenance of website to assist Artist(s) with exposure*
9. Live Streaming Video to the internet at live shows or in a home studio setting*
*Label-standard.
**Based on specifications of the CD duplication and design, cost
may be extra. If CD design is set to specifications of current label
standard, first 20 hard-copies of CD are guaranteed.
***Certain circumstances may arise that impede the labels ability
to attain services of specific press (in print, live, or online); this
is at the discretion of the label.
****Day, time, and location may vary depending on booking circumstances as
determined by venue or label. It is the Artist's responsibility to
participate in and arrange for transportation to and from live
performance bookings.
